Success for gomo at Learning Technologies 2017

by Mike Alcock

The gomo team were blown away by this year’s Learning Technologies exhibition, which took place on February 1st and 2nd in London. The event is Europe’s leading showcase of organizational learning and the technology used to support this, and sees more than 7,500 visitors each year.

With hourly demonstrations of the gomo suite from myself and Business Development Manager, Thom Tate (who’d just flown in from our newly opened US office), the stand was constantly busy with people looking to find out how gomo’s unique HTML5 capabilities could transform their elearning creation and delivery.

Having just been named as the ‘Core Leader’ on fellow exhibitor the Fosway Group’s 9-Grid™ For Authoring Systems also helped drive lots of traffic to the gomo stand.

We’re proud that gomo is so much more than just an authoring tool and loved showing stand visitors how it can be at the heart of any learning infrastructure.

Learning Technologies is also a great excuse for us to catch up with our customers. Several members of our major user group, including PWC, KPMG, the BBC, Rentokil Initial, Santander, EE, O2 and many more all dropped in to say hello and find out about the new features that we’re constantly adding to our award winning product.

Crowds at the gomo stand

It was fantastic to be able to speak at the event as part of the program of seminars, and my presentation ‘Integrated or Independent: The power of an authoring tool for any Learning Strategy’ sparked some great conversations that I’m looking forward carrying on. If you couldn’t make the event and the seminars, you can check out the recording of our recent webinar on the same subject.

Thanks to everyone that stopped by the gomo stand! Until next time…
