We’re very excited to announce that we’re opening a brand new North American office! The past year at gomo has been amazing and we’ve seen a lot of growth in our NA region. By opening an office stateside we’re making sure to offer the same level of in-depth support to our customers in the US as we are in the UK.
From today, the gomo US team will be led by e-learning veteran Thom Tate. Thom will be taking on the role of Business Development Manager for the US office in Atlanta, Georgia.
Mike Alcock: gomo Managing Director
“We’re very excited to be increasing our support to our American customer base with the introduction of gomo US. I have known Thom for many years and he is an ideal fit to drive gomo forward within North America, to support our US customers and to help onboard a future generation of gomo users. As well as sales, Thom can provide local support and training services to our growing US customer base.”
For twenty years, Thom has been involved in training and adult education in many different industries – even working with our very own Mike Alcock, to grow renowned authoring tool Atlantic Link before it was acquired in 2010 by Kaplan Learning Technologies.
Thom Tate: New Business Development Manager
“I’m thrilled to be a part of such an explosive and exciting company. Over the past few years, I’ve seen the shift from desktop to cloud based tools in several industries and I know that’s what companies are looking for. There has been a need for this space and gomo has gone above and beyond to fill that need. I’m looking forward to helping gomo grow in North America.”
We’re immensely pleased to have a global client base including Nike, Volvo, UnitedHealthcare, Medline, KPMG, British Airways, Xerox, Jaguar Land Rover and many more. With the introduction of the US office we’re now able to support our clients better than ever before.
Thom will be joining us later in the year at DevLearn 2016 in Las Vegas. Find out more about our new addition on the blog later in the week.
