NetDimensions joins gomo as part of LTG (press release)

gomo is excited by the news that parent company Learning Technologies Group plc (LTG) has successfully acquired NetDimensions, a global enterprise solutions provider of talent and learning management systems (LMS).

Founded in 1999, NetDimensions’ award-winning suite of learning products provides organizations with talent management solutions to personalize learning, share knowledge, enhance performance, foster collaboration and manage compliance programs for employees, customers, partners and suppliers.

The acquisition is set to revolutionize the way LTG does business by introducing proprietary learning management technology to existing capability, enabling the delivery of end-to-end solutions to an expanding global client base. The acquisition of NetDimensions will also significantly expand LTG and gomo’s geographical reach, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region.
